Waimea Elementary School Parking Lot Improvements

Bow Engineering & Development, Inc. was contracted to design a new parking lot to optimize the space available and replace the existing temporary parking area. New parking lot work included erosion control, grading, ADA compliant walkways, ADA parking stalls, student drop off area, drainage improvements, and striping. The project acquired grading and building permits from the County of Hawaii and required numerous specialty subconsultants including, UXO expert, environmental soil testing, archeologist, and surveyor. All facilities, sites, and utility improvements were designed to comply with the Department of Education guide specifications
