Port Allen Small Boat Harbor

Master Plan

Master plan for recreational infrastructure improve-ments at the Port Allen Small Boat Harbor located in Eleele on the southern coastline of Kauai on the eastern shore of Hanapepe Bay.  The proposed Master Plan called for infrastructure improvements to include a new comfort station, vehicular and boat trailer parking areas, domestic waterlines, sewage pump station and force main, telephone and electrical utilities, street lights, and landscaping.

ADA Barrier Removal

We prepared the civil design to provide accessibility to various areas within the Port Allen Small Boat Harbor located on the south shore of Kauai.  Our scope of work included accessible parking, ramps, walkways, shower and renovations to the existing comfort station.
