Gateway South is a two-phase project that involves the repaving and re-stripping of the existing parking lot and constructing an office building on-site.
The first phase involves the construction of a new 13,000 square foot building in the east portion of the lot, displacing a portion of the parking stalls. In this process, new medial strips and landscaping would be installed.
The second phase of the project involves repaving the west-portion of the lot for a total of 130 parking stalls.
Bow’s scope of work includes a drainage analysis and erosion control report, along with utility and grading work, and an NPDES permit.
