Kealaula at Pua Loke Transitional Housing

Kealaula at Pua Loke is long term rental housing project consisting of twenty-nine (29) dwelling units, offices, storage, and a laundry room throughout 16 buildings. This project was created for families transitioning from homelessness and was realized through support from State Ohana Zone funds and support from various local Kaua’i organizations. Included in our scope was design of a sewer pump station to convey project waste to Puhi Sewer & Water System located on Hala Road. The pump station design accounted for anticipated future flows to accommodate the Pua Loke Affordable Housing project across the street, and future connections for Kauai Economic Opportunity (KEO) and the Kauai Department of Water (DOW).
